The following bills will be considered:
*SR 136 (Dillon) (I-95 Emergency Declaration Extension) – Amendment 01327 (Mastriano) Extends the Declaration until November 1, 2023, and clarifies
that the Emergency Declaration assists the “Commonwealth of Pennsylvania” since I-95 is owned by the Commonwealth.
*HB 804 (Burns) (Military Personnel – Residency Status for Students: Ensures In-State Tuition for Deployed Military Families)
In addition, we will consider the nomination of the Acting State Fire Commissioner, Thomas Cook.
